We've got a 706 with what I belive to have a 291. I've been told that the 263, 291, and 301 use the same block and it is impossible to tell what you have until you get in there. If whoever told you the motor is from a 560 is right, than it should be a 263. I belive the 706 has the 291 because it puts out 72 hp. If your 460 is running and you can get it on a dyno, it should put out about 63 hp with the 263.
