Jerry, I just had the pleasure of rebuilding my pto clutch. It comes from IHC/Case as a clutch pack kit at the cost of $117. It has extra wafersprings so follow the service bulliten packed in the kit. Also while you are there, replace the two drive belts that power the pto shaft on the rear of the motor. About $12 for the pair. Be sure to check the mower deck spindles for binds. You should be able to turn the main drive pully on the rear of the tractor by hand (with the clutch DIS-ENGAGED). Also check bearings on front and rear of pto shaft for binds. Also check bearings in clutch pack and needle bearings between pto drive shaft and final output shaft.
