I use Mobil 1 in everything from Camaros to my JD 210 riding mower.Synthetics don't break down and remain fluid in very low temperatures,allowing oil to flow right away while conventional oils tend to get like maple syrup in low temps and refuse to flow, starving engine bearings and straining the oil pump.I have noticed new JD products {lawn mowers and the like} come with and recomend Mobil 1.I don't work for Mobil,but I am an A&P {airframe and powerplant} mechanic.Just my 4 cents. BillJ
