Take the cover off of the governor housing. There are 2 adjusting screws,the one you want is the bottom one.Start the tractor and put the throttle lever in the wide open position and back the screw out till you have the RPM's you want.
Where I pull the rpm's must be stock no error for stock class,5% more for division 2 ,10% for division 3 and 20% margin of error for division 4.
What type of pulling are you doing,stone boat or transfer sled?
