My farmall 100

I recently purchased a farmall 100. When I bought it the clutch was stuck, and the engine seized, I fixed the clutch, but can't seem to free up the engine, I poured marble mystery oil down the cylinder walls, but that didn't work, so then I took the starter off trying to free it up with a bar on the flywheel, but no luck there, can anyone give me some advice?
