If you’ve already gotten tires, and have good sheet metal, you’re almost done. I’d fix the motor. I’ve never seen one yet that wouldn’t come loose with a little patience and a lot of penetrating oil. I’ve found the best way to get them to budge is to take the starter off and very carefully work on the flywheel with a pry bar. It also helps to jack the tractor up, put the transmission in gear and give the back tire a yank every time you walk by it. If you need to go so far as a rebuild, check elsewhere on this site for an engine kit. They’re reasonably priced.
