Eric, your problem with the Roosa Master Injection pump is common. Jim is correct in saying that the plastic/nylon governor weight retainer is breaking up and plugging up the return line fitting. The injection pump needs to be repaired by an injection pump shop. The injection pump needs to be pulled all apart and cleaned and the weight retainer needs to be replaced before it does damage to the rest of the pump. There are a few special tools that are needed to repair a Roosa Inj pump. When you get the pump back from a pump shop she will run like new because she was repaired, tested and adjust to factory specs. by certified injection pump technicians. good luck
