Eric, I have just rebuilt both final drives on my tractor and relaced all felt seals. If i understand you correctly you are looking to replace the felt seals on the end of the Stub Shafts. these shafts can easily removed. after you remove tire Assembly remove the caps on the inside of the final drive housing. inside you will find two nuts with washer between, straighten the washer and remove the nuts and washers. axle can now be removed by taping with rubber mallet. Bull gear will stay in place as it is mounted on seperate bearing. Al P
