Questions about paint hardners and clearcoats

I am planning to paint with Case/IH 2150 Ironguard paint.

The dealer does not sell any hardner. What kind of paint hardner works best with this paint ... and where do can you buy it?

I have also heard about putting a "clear coat" on the top of paint to protect it.

Does anyone have any experience with this ... and what would you recommend?
