H carb ID help

I just got a very nice new manifold from steel wheel ranch for my 41 dual fuel H. I went to put it on and it slid on great except that I had to back out the studs alittle so they would be long enough. But then the darn carb didnt line up. The flang on the base of the manifold is too big,So that only one bolt would go in. So my question is.. Is it carb or manifold? The only #'s I can read on my dirty carb is 6212-DB. What does this go on if not my H? By the way it is a gas manifold. and not the dual fuel. A new repro one. I was hopeing to have it runnin soon. But I guess not now.
