A nice 424 or 444 would fit your bill if you want something a little more modern. Built in the 60s, they have 3 point hitch, live power and often were equipped with loaders. They were around 35 HP. They came in both diesel and gas. PS was an option, so try to find one with the PS. You should be able to find a good one for the $4000. Might have to pay a little more for one with a loader. I had a 424 gas. It easily handled a 6 ft bush hog.
