IH 1206 Rear Seal

Any advice on replacing Rear Crank seal on DT361?
I just replaced it last week when I replaced the clutch, and I see that the bottom of the bellhousing is wet with engine oil. When I replaced it, I removed the Seal retainer ring and popped the seal out. Then I carfully removed the wear sleeve from the crank hub. after cleaning the parts off, I replaced the retainer, applying sealer to the backside, and centering the retainer around the crank hub with a micrometer. Then I pressed the seal and sleve as a unit on the crank, using a steel plate and bolts into the crank until the wear sleve sat flush with the back of the crank, and the seal was centered on the sleeve. I made sure to add sealant to the i.d. of the sleeve and o.d. of the seal. Everything was kept clean, and square. But it still leaks. Any advice? I posted this message a few days ago, but can't seem to find it.
