I think that you will find that it is the trans and PTO input seal that is leeking. Unless you cleaned out the bellhousing the oil that is comming down is getting dirt off the inside of the bellhousing and looking like engine oil. There are two lipseals on the two input shafts . to check pull the starter out and check and see if the prussure plate is oily . Anyway you do it you will have to split the tractor again.
