HELP..59 IH 140, 57 Cub Value?

Hello,
For the second day in a row I've found myself on the "RED" board looking for some help Please don't tell my ford buddies.
Today I looked at a really nice 1959 IH 140 with a loader. This tractor is in excellent shape with all original papers and owners manual. The loader is hooked to the hydraulic pump that used to run the center hydraulic control arms. Can implements still be used off the hydraulics? Is the tractor worth $2500?
Tomorrow I'm going to look at a 1957 Cub with single bottom plows, cultivators, and sickle bar mower. It's said to be in excellent shape by it's original owner. What's it worth?
Thanks for the help......I don't know squat about the RED machines, there are so many models, I'm just an ignorant Ford owner that loves old tractors! Rob G.
