F-30 Not sure what to do here.

I'm restoring my F30 engine and was just going to reseat valves, change piston rings, and put on a new radiator. After pulling the head off, most of the water jacket holes were plugged with rust. So, I think the head needs to go to NAPA for a cleaning up.
!!!My question is since the previous owner used spring water with a lot of iron in it and the head jackets were plugged, should I now think about stripping the block (pull sleeves, crank)and take the block to NAPA also or just flush it with a hose without spending all that time working on the block. (Please Advise)
