My brother pulled the sleeves on our F-20 a few years ago to install new O'rings, as the old ones were leaking water. Once the sleeves are pulled, iyt is easy to clean the crud out of the block,a s it is wide open iside. He said ours was about half full of rust, etc, so I think it would probably be a good idea to pull them. Would be a good chance to eliminate a future water leak also.
