Nice Looking Super M

Please help me.It's a nice tractor.Paint could use a wax job and it would look new.The rear end has a crack underneath the center housing that was fixed with JB weld.Is this something I should stay away from or don't worry about it and buy it?The tires are weather cracked but they hold the tractor up.Thank you for your information.
