I have seen auto power steering pumps adapted to Farmall As, providing hydraulics. While it won't have the same capacity as an all-out hydraulic system, it may suit your needs.

I really like Bob M's electric hydraulic pump idea. It would probably be easier and neater to adapt such a pump to your application than it would be to add a power steering pump and use it. You would certainly get more capacity.
