I helped my friend with an oil pull put rubber on wheels.....and did it let Walt but when we cut tire we use a Saw-Zall with a coarse metal cutting blade...cut thru rubber and large lugs like butter....also cut it 2 inches wider then steel wheel....when mounted ..1 inch each side of wheel and rubber naturally rolls around wheel after use for a so-so side wall to protect anything from wheel etc.....Good Luck....
