Farmall B year Model

Can anyone tell me if I am right about the year model of a Farmall B that belonged to my great Grandfather? The original seat frame has been replaced, so I took the number off the engine, just below the number 1 spark plug. It is 3292. From looking at the serial number list it looks like a 1939 model. Is this correct? any information would be greatly appreciated, as I am planning a restoration of this tractor. Also any tips or hints on restoring this project would be appreciated.
