Intl 350 utility prospective purchase questions

Hi. Looking at a 1957? 350 Utility tomorrow. According to seller it has Torque amplifier power steering, pto and fast hitch. Good Condition, althought he did mention he bought it to restore.
Asking 2300.00 for it.

Is it worth it? What are the fatal flaws on this machine I need to look out for?

Looking to mount my three point hoe on it. Know it will take some adapting, But at least maybe the front end will stay on the ground when i lift the Bucket......Also possibly a loader at some point.
