IH 340U Any brake tips?

I have a IH 340U gas tractor and I can not seem to keep good brakes.
I have cleaned brake parts and replaced discs only to have the brakes work good for a short period of time. I use my tractor on hillsides with a loader so good brakes are a must. Has anyone had good lasting results with these type brakes? Please help!
