No new holes are needed to rotate the final drives to lower the rear. The bolts are equally spaced on a circle that is concentric with the pinion gear. You would have to make brackets to attach to the final drives to mount things to. The Shop mule has a heavy angle frame under there for the drawbar. Some other problems I think of. Weight distribution, the rear wheels will move forward as well as down, putting less weight on the front. You might need to compensate with weight there. With a Woods belly mower, you would have to modify the brackets, use a longer belt and move the mower forward, because the stock mower barely clears the rear wheels. You would not be able to use gage wheels on the mower because with the stock tractor, the gage wheels barely clear the front wheels when you turn. Lots of problems and expense to get this done.
