Dave,the tappet settings are 014 hot[all the same].You said you put the head on so remember after the tractor has been warmed up you need to retorque the head bolts.It seems like a lot of work to take the tappets back off but it is sure worth the trouble.Take extra care when putting tappet hold down bolt in place,it is so easy to get the nuts on cross threaded what with age and things like that they can give you greif to no end.I go as far as to keep nuts and bolts matched up just for that reason.Dave I hope it fires up and works great for you,it is amazing what a valve job will do for an engine.Will
