Dagger, They can be stubborn....I'd recommend lots of penatrant like Kroil or PB Blaster and let it soak. Should have a straight slot for a screw driver in it which may have been damaged previously. If there is enough there to get a bite with a good screw driver, I'd try some heat right on the screw. It may be just what you need and it shouldn't hurt anything.//FB
