1940's ERA Shop Mule - Coal Mine Tractor - want to repair

We have an old 1940 something Coal Mine Tractor at my Grandmother's farm in Shamokin, PA. It's run for years, however recently the clutch seems to have gone out. I want to get a resource for ordering parts, manuals, restoration, etc., but am stuck on what we actually have. The plate on the front says:

W.F. Hobard and Co.
Chicago, IL USA
Shop Muel Serial AL1196
Engine Serial FAA190173
Shop Mule Type A 21

What do we have?
