I believe you have one of these. Mine is serial No. FAA 161784, Hebard serial No. 1073. Your serial number, FAA 190173 says yours was built in 1947. Hebard Company in Chicago built these up from Farmall A parts and parts that Hebard built and acquired. You can get engine, clutch and transmission parts from a Case/IH dealer. I'm in the process of rebuilding the clutch on mine now. Contact the following for more info. He has a registry of the Mules. He also in the past has had manuals, but I have not been able to get one so far. You can use an A Manual form Binder Books for most work.
