DOGGONE TRACTOR!

Ive got a 1945 I-4.The dadburned thing wont cooperate.It keeps cutting off but if I let it sit for a couple of minutes it starts back up fine and runs for a few minutes and thne cuts back off.If I dont move it it will run forever,if I move it, it will run O.K. for about 40 or50 feet then stop.I have rebuilt the carb,new sediment bowl,clean tank,good fuel line and clean filter,good gas.what else could it be?HELP !!!!
