With the condition you describe, you will not be able to get all that much for it. However, if you don't want to do the work yourself, fixing up is going to be pretty expensive. If you don't want to work on it, your best bet is to sell it look for something in better condition. It'll cost you less to go that route that paying someone to fix it up. However, beware of that better one you buy. Have someone check it out real good to make sure you are really getting something better.
