http://www.pwrtron.com/thats where the regs can come from. look it the site see how hard it is not to hookem up.if it has a reg in it- cool, them things that are called brushless, just do not impress me. hittem with a good load, rated kw. watch the field collapse- that makes a real nice spike in the line, then more or less no volts.
on to the tractor out of the picture- ih put puts have a very nice heavy pto. 300 on up, not going to get into color bashin, what can happen wrong tractor, tractor starts hunting, drive line flex+ a little resances factor, your frec is all shot.
under no load to light load the gov should bump once,light to heavy load only once- thats bottom line. other wise the little ac or freezer is tring to lock on- stay in sync, gets feed 51 cps then 68 cps then 60 cps then 48 cps - you get the pic.
i could write pages bout this stuff, funny story
while back was a real big farm, milkin with a double 18 parlor, big kato light alt there kw ? single phase. blue tractors big ones nice ones. and one old junk 186 hyrdo. well guess what was hooked to the alt- not the nice tw35. me a smart @33 ask why is that old thing on the gen- was told
them ford things are no good on that alt?i already knew this fact.
