I am having the same problems right now. I have all new wiring, rebuilt carb, rebuild generator, and new voltage regulator. It has not run since I got it except for about 5 seconds after installing the carb. I will have to keep checking back to see what others tell you. You can buy an owners manual from binder books. It has the wiring digram(although it may not be accurate to your year of tractor). It also has a full range of trouble shooting tips. It's worth the money, about $25.00 I think.
