Just need some advice on a few problems. One,I have gas always leaking out of the main jet screw. Also when I try to start it, if I even pull the choke for a second it pukes a bunch of gas out of the air intake throat on the carb( it has new needle and seat and main adj. screw). Also when it hasn't ran in a couple of days. I have to crank the heck out of it before she will fire, this doesn't seam right since I grew up on these old tractors and recall them always firing after one or two revolutions. I timed the mag( as best as I could figure ) and when it is running I rotated the mag to where it ran the smoothest.Although I can rotate the mag thruogh its full range and it never really did kill or stall the engine, is this normal? Also I need to completely rewire the tractor as it has none other than the starter circuit and kill switch. Does anyone have a diagram or advice on this? I know this is a lot of questions, but the advice on here is ussually more helpful and freindly than my area dealersThanks in advance. P.S. the engine has a rebuilt head and new rings with great comp.
