Chase, if you both did come to an agreement in pre-hearing litigation, and a court clerk was in attendance, and the agreement was memorialized on paper, and signed...you have all you need to present this to a Judge just as you were prepared to do before. In fact, you may also recieve an additional award of punitive damages. The Judge may also impose some additional sanctions on this individual. The courts frown very heavily on fraud.
