Check the oil and see if it is new oil or old oil and if it is milky and i would have him fire it up . If it is a good one then run it for and hour or two and see if it misses or it pucks water out . You can buy your self a whole bushel of problems not just a peck, Myself i do like them but when you start to hunt down parts you can make a careear out of it , i have been tryen to find a GOOD crank for one and i have looked at 14 of them now and not one good one , the thrust are wore out and the man that does my crank will not weld on the thrustand stand behind it and there for how can i stand behind my work if it was mine well thats one thing but not a costermer.
