JD, I not an expert on this, though I have helped a out a few guys with the touch control systems on their cubs. I wood start simply by making sure fluid level is up there, if not, top up and bleed the sytem. Next would be to instal a PSI guage on the upper port at the manifold and see what the readings are. Next would be a rebuild of the main unit. Feel free to email me on questions and such.
