It's not clear from your post whether you replaced the disk, the pressure plate or both, but even a little change in the thickness of the the disk will call for an adjustment to the linkage. Normally, pushing the clutch pedal in will press the fingers forward, pulling the pressure plate away from the disk. Putting in a new, thicker disk does the same thing from the other end, it keeps the pressure plate further back and pulls the fingers forward, away from the face of the throwout bearing. Get that linkage fixed up and the adjustment should do the trick for you. Good luck! Scotty
