Had the same problem with a Farmall 130 front end. We pulled it to ceiling with a snatch pulley and let it hang end ways. It took two acetylene torches to heat the outside tube. We had to go to the point of getting the outside red one half at a time. We made a hardwood clamp and bolted to the inner tube and against the spindle. This was to hammer on and not make hammer marks on front end. As the two fellows on torches kept heating I hammered on the clamp. In the early stages I tapped on the outer tube with hammer. We found the 8 pound hammer best as it didn't make hammer marks as bad. Make sure you have a high ceiling and you will need new hardwood clamp for each side. Be prepared for fire. I said when finished that the outside tube would be destroyed from heat. That was ten years ago and its still on tractor. Mine had a solid layer rust just like fine sand between the two tubes.
