IHC wide front end

I bought a IHC 400 with a factory adjustable wide front end. I'm going to paint it and put it on my restored 400. Problem is, I can't the pipes apart. I've heated, used P.B. Blaster, stood it on end and used a hydraulic jack from the wishbone to the spindel. I can't get it to budge. Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick
