Not HI TACK,but rather HI TACH as in tachometer. This stuff looks and feels alot like the old formula of STP oil treatment. We used it alot in our race car.Had less gears break and engines lasted longer with it.Iyts not that popular anymorebut back in the early 80s alot of parts stores had a small display of the stuff inside a little clear box that had several gears connected to each other and you turned them with this little crank and the stuff would stick it all the gears in there like glue.It really is a good product for general use like enigne building, rear ends, straight drive tranny and engines.Unfortunately the price has gone up too much and I dont get to use it as I like except as I mentioned at every oil change.(Again,Im not plugging the product)
