H Ouestion ?????

I just got an H, ser #287,210. I thought I could find the year mod on the web but I didn't, any help. I also noticed a water leek that looks like it is coming from the front of the fan?????. Did a compression check and came up 55 on all 4, can I just do a ring job or should I go all the way??? If I go all the way can I put use SUPER parts to get the extra HP?????
