Howdy Dan!You May have to break that bolt.I know you didnt want to hear that but I had a similar problem on my F-14.I broke mine and had it retapped it.I got lucky a few months later and found a factory bolt to replace it.Try to soak it with a good penetrating oil.Let it sit for a good while and slowly work it.Be patient with,heck maybe add a little heat to it.
