The way I get liquid out is to jack up the tractor,or just move it until the valve stem is at the bottom.Take out the littlt thig inside out and let the liquid drain on its on.The force of air will push it out.This will make it lighter.Most of the places I take tires to wont fix them with liquid in it.PLEASE if its anything other than water,dispose of properly.Be careful as you remove the tire off of your tractor as your tractor can fall.Wouldnt want you to get hurt!
