Loaded RR tire with a leak

Just bought an International W4 , real cheap with bad tires.
One tire has a constant slow leak.
Tires are loaded and must weight a ton.
How do you get them off, and how do you transport them to get them repaired?
Can you drain them to lessen the weight?
What do you do with the load (liquid?) material?
