Marty,
Both Red and Skip are correct. If there's anything but water in the tire, dispose of it properly. Calcium Chloride will not only rust out the rim, but will kill some plants. Antifreeze of any kind should be considered toxic to plants and animals alike. Call around to the local Ag tire dealers. One of them should come out and they have the equipment to handle whatever is in the tire, as well as the ability to repair the tire right there on your place. Good luck,
