My dad had a loader on his narrow front M. Ran the hydraulics off a PTO pump, available from Northern. With the narrow front, it steered fairly easily. Used it for snow and manure, used it for scaffolding when we painted the house, and used it for dipping potatoes when we planted. Never tipped it, but then there aren't any hills in ND.
