I've got a sickle bar mower on my A that I mow about 30 acres of hayfield,orchard and trails. I think the belly mount would be better in the orchard.I've been ready to get the "rope" you guys talked about a few times but thought it less drastic to start remembering where the rocks,wire, trees etc. were.
