Update On Cracked, Stuck sleeve

I first heated the sleeve for 15 minutes with a propane torch and then started to pull it as it cooled down with ice and rock salt. No go. I discovered also there is a crack at the top of the block so it may not keep water out of the oil. So now I plan to search for another F30 block and sleeve. The old block will be sledge-hammered to remove the remaining sleeves out. Thanks again for your suggestions.
