The clutch may be larger on a 300, so this could be a potential problem unless you keep the H clutch. The Utility model has a higher hp rating, but I think that was mainly because the rpm limit was set much higher than on the row-crop models. We had a 300 Utility that was delivered with a top governed speed of about 2150 rpms.
