if its just the axle tube and its not cast, should be no problem to straighten it. 10 ton porta power should straighten it out no problem, i would bend it cold, so you dont anneal the steel. if you dont have access to a porta power, a hydraulic bottle jack 10 or 20 ton, and an i beam or piece of railroad track. if the middle is bowed, chain the center to the beam, and push up on each end till straight, if the center is low, chain the ends and push up on the center.
