Let me start out by saying that in no way am I a 10-20 expert. Are your sleeves wet or dry? How hard were they to install? My thought is that your bores are egg-shaped, and that the sleeves conformed to them. Now the sleeves are oval, the pistons are round, and you"re basically trying to put a round peg in a square hole. Measure the sleeves for roundness. If out of round, pop one back out and measure the bore for being out of round.
